I’ve owned and operated a manufacturing company which competed across international markets. I have also owned a service-related business. Through these endeavors, I learned the importance of quality processes in the production of any goods or services – if the process is sound, then the final product, be it a physical product or a service, will be sound as well. This is one of our key operating principles at Reliant.

My forebears have been involved in manufacturing and distribution for more than half a century. From them, I learned the principle of fair dealing with customers and employees, which is a hallmark of how we conduct our business at Reliant. We always aim to do the right thing by our stakeholders. I have a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas and a master’s degree from Harvard Business School.
